Return Policy for Incidents

Any requests for product returns by the Customer must receive prior written authorization from Roamjour. Return requests should pertain to items that are either defective, not in line with the ordered products, or fall under the right of withdrawal.

Defective or non-conforming products may be replaced only after a thorough examination by Roamjour. In such cases, the shipping costs for the return will be covered by Roamjour.

Please note that Roamjour reserves the right to deny refunds to the Customer in the following circumstances:
- Products that are not in their original, intact condition or have missing or damaged original packaging (e.g., shoe box, dust bag).
- Returns that have not received prior written authorization or are received after the specified deadlines.

In cases of defects, non-compliance, or items not matching the order, you must submit your return request within 10 days of receiving the order as indicated in the tracking information. We kindly request you to provide a detailed description of the damage and attach photos as evidence of the extent of the damage. Please send all the necessary information from your private area on our website.
