If you are not satisfied with the product received, you have the option to initiate a return within 15 days from the date of order delivery, as indicated in the tracking information.

To request a return, please follow these instructions:
1. Go to your "Profile" within the "My Orders" section.
2. Select the specific order you wish to return.
3. Click on "Request Return" for the product you intend to return and choose the reason "I'm not satisfied with the Product" from the dropdown menu.
4. Click "Submit Request."
5. Please allow up to 48 working hours to receive an email containing return instructions (be sure to check your spam folder).
6. Ensure that the product is returned within 15 days of receiving the email with return instructions.

BELLA CHARM reserves the right not to refund in the following cases:
-Product not intact or with original packaging missing or damaged (e.g. shoe box, dust bag, etc.);
-No order number identification code;
-Made unauthorized or having exceeded the required time.
